Cranberry Mint Iced Tea
The tartness of cranberries pairs beautifully with the clean, crisp flavor of fresh mint leaves in this exciting twist on everyday iced tea. Be sure to use cranberry juice cocktail instead of pure cranberry juice though so that your tea is subtly sweet and not overly sour.
Ingredients
- 6 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 4 tea bags of black tea
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a 2-quart saucepan, heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling. Pour over tea bags and mint in a 2-quart glass measuring cup or pitcher.
- Let steep 5-10 minutes.
- Strain tea mixture.
- Stir in sugar.
- Serve tea over ice.

Add more sugar if desired.
