Fresh Herb Mayonnaise
Spice up your mayonnaise by adding fresh parsley, chives, basil, dill and oregano. Fresh herb mayonnaise is delicious on turkey sandwiches or BLTs, but it’s also an easy way to quickly add flavor to mayonnaise-based salads like chicken, tuna, or egg salads.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Let sit in refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with your favorite burgers or as a dip for french fries.
