
Melon and Mint Slush
Pairing the refreshing flavors of honeydew and mint, this icy drink is a perfect pick-me-up on a hot summer’s day. Sweetened just enough by the addition of ginger ale and a touch of honey, it keeps you hydrated and energized all afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 pound honeydew melon, peeled and seeded, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)
- 3 cups crushed ice
- 1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse until the mixture becomes slushy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
