So, I’m kicking off the New Year by cutting back on calories to make up for some of my recent holiday indulgences, and I’ve become really taken with the “Grocery Bag†section of Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food Magazine. Each month, the “Grocery Bag†has a grocery list and recipes for a week’s worth of healthy meals that will feed a family of four. This makes life so much easier, I can’t even tell you! It is so helpful to have the recipe planning and grocery list ready and waiting at the beginning of the week.
