Those of you who have been following me for the past few months on my “30 Seconds to Taste” page know that I live a busy lifestyle but am always looking for nutritious meals for my family. I like to cook when I have time, but who has any of that during the week after working all day, getting my son from school, making sure his homework is done and ensuring everyone in the house is getting enough sleep?
I am ALWAYS looking for ways to make quick, healthy and delicious meals. I have learned that these foods can be created using fresh herbs in as little as 30-seconds. So, I am writing for the FreshHerbs.com blog to share some of my ideas, stories and to give others in my same situation suggestions on how to incorporate fresh herbs into the foods that they are preparing everyday. I am not a gourmet and have no desire to be. But I do love food.
