  • Make chicken salad soar.
    A lemon zest, toasted pine nuts, currants, chopped parsley and mayonnaise.
  • Perk up potato salad.
    Add chopped dill to mayonnaise-based salads such as egg or potato salad.

    Toss the feathery dill fronds with shredded carrot and cucumber chunks; dress with fruity vinegar.
