  • Give lemony-fresh flair to white rice.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ¼ cup of chopped lemon basil to 2 cups of cooked white rice.
