Grilled Salmon with Dill
Ingredients
- 1 large salmon filet
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Place salmon filet on a piece of heavy duty foil, large enough to fold together at top to cover the fish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour butter mixture evenly over salmon filet.
- Sprinkle fresh dill evenly over salmon.
- Gently bring sides of foil up to meet in the center and press together to cover.
- Grill for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- If garnish is desired, place a thin slice of fresh lemon along with a sprig or two of fresh dill atop each serving and enjoy!
