Minty Melon Salad with Cilantro

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed honeydew melon
- 2 cups cubed canteloupe
- 2 cups cubed watermelon
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- raw sugar to taste (about1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves with stems
Instructions
- Cut honeydew, canteloupe, and watermelon into about 1 inch cubes.
- Combine with chopped fresh mint, cilantro, lime juice, and raw sugar in large mixing/serving bowl. Mix gently until blended well.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
- As a finishing touch, add a sprig of fresh mint to each serving as a garnish.
