- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 ounces Hendrick's Gin
- 4 ounces tonic water
- Ice
Instructions
- Peel one half of a cucumber, and slice into medium thick circles.
- Zest the lime then cut into wedges.
- In a martini shaker, add 1 sprig of rosemary, lime zest, a few ice cubes and 1 ounce of gin.
- Shake well to release the flavors of the rosemary and lime.
- Strain through a strainer into a highball glass.
- Add several cubes of ice and three slices of cucumber.
- Top with remaining gin and tonic.
- Serve garnished with rosemary sprigs and lime wedge.
Notes
To dress up the presentation, slice the cucumber long-ways using a slicer. Stick the slices to the outside of your glass before filling with the drink.
