Turkey, Apple, & Thyme Wrap
Here is a simple and quick recipe that can be enjoyed not only as an appetizer, but is also great as an afternoon snack or part of a simple, healthy lunch. Fresh thyme compliments the sweet, crisp apple slices, while the distinct brie cheese and turkey come together to complete this delicious marriage of flavor. The result: a light, summery, yet satisfying wrap that your guests will love to get their hands on!
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 4 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 2 ounces brie cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 red delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Spread the bottom half of your torilla with the brie cheese. Place sliced turkey breast atop the cheese, followed by apple slices, then sprinkle the layers with fresh thyme.
- Fold both sides of the torilla inward and hold, while bringing the bottom half of the tortilla up in a rolling motion.
