Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh thyme, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (about 24)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ËšF.
- In a small bowl mix together rosemary, thyme, garlic, cumin and salt.
- Lay the chicken wings on a baking sheet and season with this mixture.
- Bake wings for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix together oil, basil and parmesan cheese.
- When the chicken is cooked, toss in oil/basil/cheese mixture.
- Serve with blue cheesing dressing
