Linguine & Shrimp Pasta
A quick meal for a busy family, this recipe will keep the family asking for more.
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked el dente
- 1 pound Alfredo sauce
- 3/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 14 ounces precooked shrimp
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Boil spaghetti in water, adding a dash of olive oil to keep the noodles from sticking together.
- In a medium bowl, mix the precooked shrimp with spaghetti, then add Alfredo sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
*For added color and flavor, chop a medium size tomato and add to dish before putting in the oven.
