There’s nothing like a steaming hot cup of coffee on a wintery morning, but sometimes the same old brew, day in and day out, can get a little wearisome.
This week, I tried spicing up my morning joe by adding a few sprigs of finely chopped rosemary to the coffee filter along with my coffee grounds.
For every two tablespoons of grounds (and every 6 ounces of water), I added ½ a teaspoon of fresh chopped rosemary, and I have to admit, I was pretty pleased with the results. A toasty mug of rosemary-scented coffee is my new favorite morning perk!
