Flounder with Dill and Caper Cream
Flaky flounder pairs beautifully with this dill and caper cream sauce. Add the dill near the end of cooking time for the most flavor, and be sure to garnish each fillet with a lemon wedge before serving.
Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 flounder fillets
- Cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill, divided
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 4 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Sprinkle pepper and salt evenly over fillets.
- Place fish on foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes then sprinkle evenly with dill.
- Bake an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- While fish is in the oven, mix sour cream, capers and remaining dill in a small bowl.
- Serve fish with Dill and Caper cream.
