Garden Rub by Chef Ryan Zale
A staple at the Local Chop & Grill House in Harrisonburg, VA, Chef Ryan Zale shares a variation on a rub he uses to finish many entree meats. Sprinkle this Garden Rub on meats just before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 ounce fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 ounce fresh Thyme, finely chopped
- 1 ounce fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 ounce fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 4 days.
