Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

These are a delicious and healthier alternative to your standard deep-fried wings. The addition of fresh rosemary, thyme and basil, along with grated parmesan cheese packs enough flavor that you won't miss the fat.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh thyme, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (about 24)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ËšF.
  2. In a small bowl mix together rosemary, thyme, garlic, cumin and salt.
  3. Lay the chicken wings on a baking sheet and season with this mixture.
  4. Bake wings for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Mix together oil, basil and parmesan cheese.
  6. When the chicken is cooked, toss in oil/basil/cheese mixture.
  7. Serve with blue cheesing dressing
