Dang those five pounds!

On my flat belly diet again. Dang those five pounds! Lunch is half a chicken breast from last night spruced up with fresh basil and mint. I like to cut the chicken into thin strips that I can roll up in big basil and mint leaves. It’s like mini chicken-lettuce wraps, only with more flavor. Carrot chips for dessert—such decadence! I keep reminding myself to drink plenty of water. I even have to stick post-it notes on my desk to remind me, and I still get so busy I forget to drink. Who does that besides me? Water is not something I really enjoy drinking to tell you the truth. But the flat belly book has offered some tips; fresh cucumber and mint in the water, and I can at least tolerate the fourth glass.
