Baked Cheesy Caprese Dip

This is a dippable variation on a classic caprese salad (fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella). A provolone stands in for the traditional mozzarella in our version, though any mild melting cheese should work. As with a traditional caprese, it’s the zesty, fresh Basil that really takes center stage.

Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

These are a delicious and healthier alternative to your standard deep-fried wings. The addition of fresh rosemary, thyme and basil, along with grated parmesan cheese packs enough flavor that you won’t miss the fat.

Basil Buffalo Chicken Dip

Heat things up with this spicy (and easy) buffalo chicken dip. Tortilla chips and celery make great vehicles for this warm, cheesy concoction, but no need to stop there! Try it with potato chips, fresh tortillas or a sliced baguette.

Lemon-Salt & Rosemary Fries

When potatoes, lemon and fresh rosemary get together you know it’s gonna be good. Add a bit of coarse sea salt, and this classic threesome can simply do no wrong. This recipe is a dead easy way to bring a sophisticated, savory edge to store bought french fries. (Sorry, ketchup. We still love you, but you can sit this one out.)

Gingerbread Landscape with Rosemary Trees

Your mother may have told you not to play with your food, but she probably never saw this snowy, gingerbread landscape. Inspired by Nigella Lawson’s serving suggestions for her Guinness Gingerbread, these peaks and valleys of cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar goodness are a perfect winter wonderland when dotted with fresh rosemary pine trees, sprinkled with powdered sugar snow, and bedecked with tiny winter wanderers (we got ours from World Market, but the sky’s the limit–try plastic animal figurines, tiny Santas, miniature sleighs, etc.). Children and adults alike will enjoy helping to make and eat this festive, holiday treat. And of course, you should feel free to use whatever gingerbread recipe you like! Happy baking.
